[UWP] Sound doesn't work anymore with VideoLAN.LibVLC.UWP 3.2.0

In UWP, with VideoLAN.LibVLC.UWP 3.2.0, the sound doesn't work anymore. With previouses versions (3.1.1.1), it works great.

Upgrade an UWP sample with VideoLAN.LibVLC.UWP 3.2.0 package.

No sound
