Xamarin version lock

Hi,

I see a awesome new project has started lately, to support VLC on Xamarin. Amazing! I am willing to take the gamble and start using, in the hope it will be ready once I hit production :)

One error though after installation:

Perhaps it is a good practice to not lock down the version for nuget packages:
