MediaPlayer TimeChanged event didn't works at last few seconds of video

Xamarin.Android stream from FTP I assign to event TimeChanged, it works good with longer videos, but it stop works in few seconds to the end, also when i call EndReached it shows time that smaller than video length This event didn't work at all with videos that have small lenght
