avalonia sample opens new window with 0.10.14 or 0.10.13

libvlcsharp opens a new Window called VLC (Direct3D11 output) instead of rendering inside the control.

- Update LibVLCSharp.Avalonia.Sample to Analonia 10.14
- Run sample
What is the current bug behavior?
A second window opens with the video playing
What is the expected correct behavior?
The video renders inside the Avalonia VLC control
Does it work on other plaforms? Does it work with the official VLC apps?
Tested on both linux and windows.
- OS: Windows 11 & Linux
- Version libvlc windows 3.0.17.4
- LibVLC version and architecture 3.0.17, x64
- LibVLCSharp version 3.6.6
