LibVLCSharp setting output video mode (mmal x11 splitter for raspberry pi)

Hello all,

Using LibVLCSharp I would like to force the output mode to be "mmal x11 splitter for raspberry pi" rather than automatic. I've searched through everything quite a few times over the past hour and can't seem to find a way to set that.

Can anyone possibly point me in the right direction?
