Video starts in separate window

Using the C#/WPF VideoView, the video starts in a separate window, if I open it from a file path.

Opening it as a webstream works fine (Video is rendered in VideoView).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
