This should occur at application discretion. (Note that
some people may explicitly not want to use the Stop call
because of thread sync bugs internal to vlc 3.0.x. especially
with RTSP streams)

This requires unsafe code to use the newer Span APIs

By eliminating the RowSpan, it should fix [#270](#270).
This bug appeared in recentish releases of Xamarin.Forms, 3.x releases were fine.

Added a more explicit warning to the Fullscreen property.
