qt: Remove useless saveAPlaylist wrapper · 927cdbc9
      Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen authored
The playlist will always be the playing playlist and the node is ignored
since the export of a specific node is lacking.
Should we allow the user to save the media library, we can reintroduce a
similar wrapper with a boolean instead of a playlist node.

      Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen authored
A specific playlist ndoe can't be exported in a thread safe manner with
      current playlist code.
This is too heavy of a change for 3.0, so just remove the feature
      entirely.

Use QT file browser functions which return URLs when possible. · 4c856458
      Frank Praznik authored
The getOpenFileNames() and getSaveFileName() methods of QFileDialog only work
on local paths and return a blank string if the dialog is used to select a
remote file (e.g., on a Samba share). As of Qt 5.2 the QFileDialog class
provides the methods getOpenFileUrls() and getSaveFileUrl() that return QUrl
objects which can contain URLs to remote paths. Use these methods when an
appropriate version of the Qt libraries are available so that the paths to
remote files are returned correctly when selected via the various file
      selection dialogs.

Adds batch convert support to the VLC GUI. · 553e1f39
      Lochlin Duperron authored
This commit modifies the convert wizard to accept multiple files from the file dialog box

The GUI should operate the same when a single file is selected (providing
an option of where and what to name the file), but when multiple files are
selected the files are placed into the same folder with the same name and a
new extention (there is an option to append -converted if you are converting
      to the same extention).
There are some tooltips to explain this operation.

Most of the changes are pretty straight-forward, converting QStrings to
QStringLists and passing the full list of MRLs around. The playlist already
supports the batch processing in a pretty straightforward way, so there's no
      issues there.

StandardPanel.cpp was modified to create a temp QStringList for passing to the
streamingDialog, as it now takes the full list of input files rather than just
      one

Convert.cpp/hpp modified to take the QStringList and to behave (semi)-intelligently when reciving multiple files,
Open.cpp modified to pass the MRLs rather than MRL[0]
and the Dialogs_provider.cpp/hpp to pass the MRLs along, pretty much.

It also clears the playlist when recieving a list and starts the playlist from the beginning when it's added all the files to be converted.

This patch ensures that _all_ menus/actions have got a parent widget that
      is guaranteed to be deleted.

      This patch
         - solves memory leaks for menus and action(children)
         - solves a side effect (crash) pointed out
           by 193e6eac where
some vlc objects were no longer properly released for lack
of a clean menus/actions release chain.
