      - Previous algorithm was unable to guess the first packet
      pts because of ogg design (some codecs/opus/vorbis have total
      sample at page granule and only granule on last packet. You
      then need to compute first packet pts backward using packets
      So we were stuck either assuming a start at pts/pcr zero, or
      be unable to handle ogg streaming (non zero start) correctly,
      or had to always drop the 0..N-1 packets for first page.
      We need libvorbis to correcly compute those durations (code
      is far more complex than opus's one).
      - Refactorized to discard the tons of cases appended
      with each new codec.
      - lots of other fixes in many places

      demux: ogg: seek to keyframes (fix #3417, #9284) · d1c8352d

      This patch changes the way seeking is done.
      Previously it was a dumb stream size based seeking, and was
      very approximative with multi-streams or non fixed bitrate
      There was some code in oggseek to bisect search for frames,
      which i previously linked to opus seeking, but it was
      not reusable by all codecs as the ogg spec says granule to
      absolute time is one way only.
      New code does bisect search using absolute time only, and
      then tries to sync to a specific keyframe (if codec has any),
      backward or forward by checking packets.
      Bisect and backward searchs are disabled for non FASTSEEK inputs.
      In that case, it just behaves like any other player and syncs
      to the next keyframe.
      DirectShow/OggDS has also been fixed.

      ogg: Fix borken stream resets. · d6aeeebe

      Commit 78a8771f attempted to reset the ogg_stream_state in
      find_last_frame(), but it tries to do so using a non-existent page
      and then leaks memory (due to using ogg_stream_init() instead of
      ogg_stream_reset()). Its caller, Ogg_GetLastPacket(), then tries
      to restore the contents of the current packet, but its call to
      ogg_stream_pageseek() will immediately fail, leaving the dangling
      packet pointers untouched.
      Instead, just back up the whole stream state and restore it on
      exit. This fixes both problems.

      authorization from their respective contributors (230+)
      This includes:
       - access, codec, packetizers, demux
       - audio filters, audio mixers, audio output
       - video filters, video chroma, video output
       - text renderers
       - XML parser
       - ARM NEON and SSE2 optimisations (mostly for chromas and filters)
      Some modules are not concerned:
       - BDA and DShow access modules because Manol Manolov is AWOL
       - Real RTSP, because it is derived from Xine
       - x264 and t140 because they are encoders only
       - DLL Loader, because it is derived from MPlayer
       - DTS packetizer, because Jon Lech Johansen is AWOL
       - Shine and WMAfixed, because they are derived from Rockbox
       - Real demuxer, as it is derived from MPlayer and Wang Bo is AWOL
       - MPC demuxer, as Yavor Doganov is AWOL
       - Tivo demuxer, because it is derived from an MPlayer fork
       - Playlist demuxer, (WPL and ZPL parts missing), because suheaven is AWOL
       - iOS audio output and video display, because author refuses the license change
       - Equalizer and compressor, because Ronald Wright is AWOL
       - Mono, Headphone and Dolby, because author refuses the license change
       - hqdn3d and yadif, because they are from MPlayer/libavfilter
       - remoteosd, because it derives from RealVNC code
       - MMX optimisations, because Ollie Lho, from SiS, is AWOL
       - Rotate, because it depends on GPL motion
      Nota Bene:
       - Some modules depend on GPL-only libraries, a LGPL module does not mean
         that the resulting binary module will be LGPL.
         Libraries affected would include liba52, libdvdcss, libdvdnav, libdvdread,
         faad2, libdca, libmad, libmpeg2, libpostproc, SRC, sid, zvbi and probably others.

      This properly handles pre-skip, seeking pre-roll, and end-trim. It
      uses the i_nb_samples field of block_t to signal to the decoder how
      many samples should be returned after (possibly) skipping some at
      the start of the block (for both pre-skip and pre-roll). In
      addition, it abuses the i_length field of block_t to signal to the
      decoder how many samples to trim from the end of the packet (for
      This patch does not compute correct timestamps for streams which
      start at a non-zero offset (e.g., live streams joined in the
      middle), nor does it correctly compute the length of a stream. But
      neither of those things work for Vorbis, either. I'm leaving them
      for a follow-up patch.
