 workaround to get items correctly ordered in playlist, just set sortingIndicator
 to right column and let playlist sort empty list when enabling sorting.

 Works for me, but please double check.

Fixed a typo (unintialized variable)
Fixed RA 28_8/14_4 support.
Fixed error with SIPR codec.
Fixed a few memleaks on error.

It should be safe(?).
It actually works better than ffmpeg except that seeking without
index does not work.
It was used anyway for .rm file.

It supports uncompressed rar only.
The biggest file is automatically selected.

It fixes:
 - a bunch of array overflows
 - a bunch of non checked malloc.
 - pcr value
 - video frame gathering.
 - seeking.
