This improves readability a lot and prevent us from reinventing the wheel.

Missing some cases that I could not test.
Also ffmpeg/chroma.c is locked, so I can but leave it broken.
Fix is for the remaining modules is obvious and the issue is easy to detect.

tta & ffmpeg: remove unneeded "meta reader" loading
tta didn't use anyway, and ffmpeg uses information from libavcodec

taglib: Supports in ogg/vorbis base64 encoded embedded album art with COVERARTMIME & COVERART comments.
    Use TagLib namespace for better code readability.

demuxers: Adds attachments support for ogg.
    Fix potential memleaks.

the only demuxer supported is mpga, other demuxers should be updated if they demux files that can have id3v2 tags
fix some bugs in flac & ogg demuxers

Made demux2_IsPathExtension case insensitive.
Used demux2_IsPathExtension/p_demux->b_force when appropriate
Fixed a regression in flac demuxer (segfault when reading meta data)
Added a VLC_UNUSED(x) macro to avoid seeing ugly (void)x around the code.

This commit has a 99% probability of breaking the build, 0.1% of killing

* src/input/demux.c: skip header id3tag in the core before loading the demux (id3tags have a tendency to mess probing).

If "strict" is true and a module name is provided then module_Need() will only look for the specified module

    + Added pda.glade to the list of Glade2 generated files.
    + Remove strings such as "http://" or "/dev/video0" from the list of
      translated strings in the PDA interface.
