OSX automake 1.10 can build the contribs but not VLC

We only need additional tools on OSX

OSX 10.5 tools are recent enough

make sure they are copied only after all contribs have been built

VLC would not be redistributable.

contrib: extra distro file for Darwin 64, which removes default compilation of libsdl, sdl_image and goom2k4, as these aren't 64bit compatible

Shows basic release notes and demonstrates the user experience. Actual updating not yet possible.

Too bad for your AAC encoding, but, well.

Additionally, disabled ASM optimisations on Darwin 10 for libtheora and switched the default SDK to 10.5 to turn potential 64bit builds more compatible

opencdk is apparently no longer available seperatly,
and the new gnutls is not yet in the gnu.org download archives for some reason.

This is a problem because
it does not specify the downloads, but the extract/patch/reconf targets.
This will break some compilations, because things might autoconf before their
dependancy is installed.
Basically, we need package-dl targets that link to the tarballs and svn downloads

It seems I had never committed this and then checked out a master version of it or something when working on libass tree.

Kudoz to sam and Meuuh

Removed nasm from the contribs and changed the build behaviour for yasm: it's only compiled on Intel-based Macs as PPC-based Macs don't need it.

Also fix Distributions gitignore.

Download all packages before starting the compilation process. This allows extras/contrib creation on the go without a constant internet connection. Mac-only for now.

I know this is very web 1.0, but still important to some folks.

Fixed the gnutls upgrade to 2.2 by compiling it completely (!) and by adding opencdk to our list of deps, as its internal variant refuses to link correctly
