* Added error checking in pthread wrapper ; as a result, intf_msg.h must

now be included *before* threads.h ;
* Changed all files to include intf_msg.h before threads.h ; while I was
at it, I update the copyright notices ;
* Removed the obsolete darwin plug-in.
