* rtp: Added mpeg4 video(rfc 3016) and audio(mpeg4-generic). ( but far

       from perfect)
        Use udp raw mode.
        Generate a SDP file (for now it is just fprintf to stderr).
        The streams produced work under gmp4player. (mpeg4ip)
