- simplify code: No need for dictionary as only one stream per media instance
- keep delegate ref,
- fix iOS compatibility,
- allow stream to be played multiple times
- stream disposed when media instance is disposed

Fixes videolan/LibVLCSharp#73 and likely videolan/LibVLCSharp#40

Dialog.Dismiss should be able to be called safely multiple times, returning false in case of error instead of throwing like other PostAction/PostLogin methods

remove dispose/finalizer
ctor and delegate are now internal

runtime platform detection returns IsMac == true when on iOS
