Which was still meant to use VLC 2.0 & Qt 4.8

The package is disabled by default for now, as macos build isn't fixed

This is required by the medialibrary

This is required by MLT

This is a temporary dependency until we have a functionnal VLC
producer/consumer for MLT

Note: the preview widget is broken now, but at least we got newer libvlc
rendering to file works.

Build works on Mac OSX 10.8 based on LibVLC 1.1.9

Fixes #410, use supplied moc binary for Qt4.8 contrib.

Also explicity set CMAKE_RC_COMPILER flag.

allowing user to apply locale on qt gui elements.

Mac port should now use vlc 1.1.11
