Some modifications should improve compile time a little bit.

When the Command is added to the stack, the backend must tell the GUI to
execute it. That way, we avoids "echo" and probably other weird things.

An issue still remains in the undo/redo code and will be fixed asap.

There's also the pro and a simple sh script to launch the binary easily.
