Why so? Because, while SDL video could be useful, SDL_audio and
portaudio don't bring anything to the table, so far...

Fetch, configure, and build it when making windows packages

Modify npapi-vlc dependencies, and move install of the dll in
package-win-common rule

Pass $(SHELL) to npapi & activex ./configure to be sure they pick
/bin/bash and not /bin/sh (which might be incompatible with libtool)

separate path to ./configure and options
-> we can disable specific options for win64

fix configuration with mingw on Linux

It doesn't work...

This is not ready yet.

The .dll is still a bit big, because of static linking to libiconv, I think

Deactivated libcdio and vcdinfo, they are for cddax and vcdx, and I never managed to compile those for windows... Anyway, if people want to rip CD, VLC isn't the good soft.

Introduce release/debug scripts for mingw configure.
