This fixes the matroska crash in at least our Windows and Linux version,
until a new libebml is released. Laurent Aimar had mostly worked around these in
[ce718de2] but FindNextElement was still vulnerable in

Tested on a matroska download with gaps. Many thanks to Laurent

For Mac OS X, let's now use the default X11 locations for the fonts.conf and the cache files.
Those that do not have X11 installed (old default < 10.4) are simply out of luck.
They will only be able to use the files in /System/Library/Fonts and will need to rebuild
their cache every time.

We should also fix this for windows. I'm looking for other projects that use fontconfig on
Windows to see if I can get some hints on how to do this.

opencdk is apparently no longer available seperatly,
and the new gnutls is not yet in the gnu.org download archives for some reason.

This reverts commit bc9eac0a.

This should fix the ppc lag we had.

This is a problem because
it does not specify the downloads, but the extract/patch/reconf targets.
This will break some compilations, because things might autoconf before their
dependancy is installed.
Basically, we need package-dl targets that link to the tarballs and svn downloads

THIS IS UNTESTED AND WILL probably NOT WORK.

Please launch autotools ONLY after patch, not everytime your reconfigure.

bump libkate requirement to 0.1.7, which now uses autotools, and makefile rules for contrib build (tested on linux only)

fontconfig: tell fontconfig about the fonts configdir on OSX ( /usr/X11/lib/X11/fonts ). There is no /etc/fonts
