Capitalization fixes

Missing some cases that I could not test.
Also ffmpeg/chroma.c is locked, so I can but leave it broken.
Fix is for the remaining modules is obvious and the issue is easy to detect.

Qt4 - Put the dialog you are not likely to use during playback as QDialogs, meaning centered on MainInterface.
VLM, Preferences, Errors, Podcast_Conf, GotoTime, Help.

Qt4 - Use a main instance of Sout for VLM. Clean DP since all dialogs (except Bookmarks that won't be done...) are done.

Qt4 - VLM: select input from the OpenDialog, using the existing OpenDialog and not creating new one. :D

Qt4 - VLM. enable/disable from the list controls the VLM. small fixes and correction of VLM requests.

Qt4 - VLM improvements... Classing for the three kind of objects, more property editing and less segfaults (though there is one I have nooo clue ).

Qt4 - Rewrite of the VLM Dialog. It features a list on the left of the VLM object, and a right pane to see them in details. Creation and modification is doable. This is not yet a VCR, but it could be :D
The code is way not finished and uncleaned, but feel free to improve.
Only Brodcast elements have a start of code.
