    * include/common.h and input_ext-plugins.h, src/misc/modules_plugin.h : export input_ClockGetTS for plugins.
    * plugins/mpeg_system/mpeg_audio.c : a demux for mpeg audio stream (file, web radio ...)
    * Makefile configure.in : to compile it
