Not everybody builds VLC from the source tree
besides that the shell code was wrong : the return value of a pipe is the one of the LAST command in the pipe.

 - Remove useless system_VLCPath

If you packaged without staged installation you're going to have a problem (but packaging without staged installation is to utterly lame in the first place)

Remove code duplication

Missing some cases that I could not test.
Also ffmpeg/chroma.c is locked, so I can but leave it broken.
Fix is for the remaining modules is obvious and the issue is easy to detect.

control/hierarchical_node_media_list_view.c: Implement a view that only show the node of the media list, hierarchically.

Further factoring out osdmenu parser functionality from osdmenu handling. Started a dummy modules/misc/osd/xml.c osdmenu parser.

The change in configure.ac is suboptimal. It would be better to change DEFAULT_INCLUDES to use -I${top_builddir}/include rather than -I${top_builddir}. Automake wizard requested.

Should fix problems with building libvlc.so.1 when libvlc.so.0 is installed.
Cannot test since the tree is currently broken.

libvlc: Implement media_list_view, which will be used to present/access/edit the items of a media_list.

isrc/Makefile.am: Include media_list_path.h to fix make dist-clean, as requested by j-b and aballier.
