Ref #7210

If an UTF-8 BOM is found at the beginning of the text file, skip it
(it can confuse some parsers). Also mark the subtitle track explicitly
as UTF-8 encoded.

Should help the translators

This will allow the SDP parsers to set their PTS delay according
to rtsp-caching/rtp-caching rather than the caching value of the
access module. The access module is irrelevant in that particular
case.

Use currently unused code to sort subtitle lines after they have been loaded.
Closes #3734.

Replace argument = realloc( argument, size ); with realloc_or_free() in modules/*, and while at it add assert( argument ) to mark unhandled ENOMEM conditions, also for malloc().

 There will be some regressions, I used automatic sed replacement with manual
checks but there was a lot to change.
 It's only the first pass.
