Record section: need some checks and some screenshots from Macos

In the basic/recording/audio.rst and basic/recording/video.rst sections, the input devices (microphone and webcam) has some correct information for the Windows OS (directshow), but macos part probably needs some love:

• check and/or describe the correct procedure
• add some screenshot
