build script: vlc.git is no longer being compiled by this script but internal to MobileVLCKit which is the correct hierarchy and simplifies the use of MVK for 3rd parties

Note that you need to delete ImportedSources/vlc manually after this update if you don't want to waste ~1GB of disk storage.

This reverts commit 26a8d4c9.

Note that this is not a wise idea if you didn't compile libvlc for the architecture you are targetting yet

Note that if you run the script while your ImportedSources folder is incomplete, compilation will inevitably fail.

WiFi Upload: save received contents to 'Downloads' instead of 'Documents' and move the media once upload is complete (refs #9794)

This prevents libvlc crashes on incomplete files during upload

WiFi Upload: don't ignore uploads with the same file name as media already present but append an integer and store the media correctly (refs #9794)
