[CI]: add artifact

To make testing new vlc versions easier, we could add an artifact : https://code.videolan.org/jbk/vlc.js/-/blob/wip.3/compile.sh#L126

for example

serving vlc.html or catching errors in a headless chrome or electron could be helpful
