      This is a temporary workaround, aiming at solving the linkage issues
      with rav1e on iOS targetting arm64. The issue doesn't happen on armv7
      because rust support is disabled for it. Note that it happens at link
      time, so it needs --enable-shared from the build script to reproduce.

      opengl: gl_common: remove explicit defines · 05756ed2
      Alexandre Janniaux authored
      They are defined from the buildsystem already, leading to redefinition
      warnings, and they don't make any sense if not compiling an iOS module
      that need to be linked with the platform, for example when compiling the
      vgl module.
