Release 3.0.14 Changelog details not visible?

Unless I am losing it, highly possible at my age, the Changelog (https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/raw/master/NEWS) for release 3.0.14 does not contain any details after release 3.0.13 other than the Changes between 3.0.x & 4.0.0-dev VideoLan_Changelog_Issue_Example_2021-06-09.txt.

If this is not correct I apologize.
