Not Updating Debian Videolan Repository

I just updated from Debian Stretch to Debian Buster, the new stable distribution, and started getting this error.

System:

Debian Version: 10.1

Since updating to the latest distribution, when I run the 'sudo apt update' command, I get the following error:
