Send people to nightlies builds from contact page

Too many lazy people just emails videolan@ without checking bugs, forum or faq.

Contact address should not be revealed "as is" and the user should have to confirm he tried versions from nightlies.videolan.org/ (link provided) in case of tech issue, before the @ is revealed.
