* run.xml: updated spanish translation to revision 1.1.

VLS User Guide translation should be ok now.

+ added sout-keep and sout-all

+ Moved xsl parameters from Makefile to a more appropriate file
+ The main index only includes 1 level of section (2 levels resulted
