Problem build VLC from sources on Fedora Linux 35

VLC ./configure does not work in Fedora 35 Linux I've just clone vlc sources from https://code.videolan.org/Ratio2/vlc then cd into vlc directory and run ./bootstrap When i run ./configure it stops on an echec finding lua >= 5.1 but lua ins installed and is in version 5.4.4

Before this i tried building from sources downloaded from Videolan Web site and it's the same``
