This adds new condition of mount point to p_shout, if it breaks the
condition outputs with debug log

Introducing Icecast as a new streaming option for all macOS users, This version
has seperate entries for username and passwords while other version doesn't have
that which helps to improve UX.
In the ,,Convert & Save" panel there are three new options
	- Mount Point
	- Username
	- Password

For now, this is not needed anymore as the dark mode is gone.

There is no modern counterpart as it is no longer needed within the new window server

This is needed for the OS dark mode

This leaves dark appearances in custom views as is to make them re-useable later

Note that out-of-rate position changes within VLC are not yet communicated to the OS

The i_visible_pitch is used to calculate GL_UNPACK_ROW_LENGTH and need to
correspond to the region one since textures are allocated from it.
