Don't hardcode android api to android-9 anymore, use ANDROID_API export.

In case of 64bits build: set ANDROID_API to android-L and GCCVER to 4.9.

Give a separate error message for missing ANDROID_ABI
It might require 2 consecutive runs of compile.sh, but should
be clearer for the newcomer

Also drop the --enable-iomx option, the option is now removed
and the module is enabled by default on android builds.

The previous behaviour assumed that any string would be "1" without checking for zero, leading to deceptive behaviour.
