This reverts commit 30cebe79.

JakeWharton is the boss, once again :)

Gradle does not fetch those, for no reason, but it enforces the numbers.
Therefore, here is a way to get them, without the UI.

This is not activated by default, because I have not found the way to
download without redownloading if present

Keep the compile.sh as compile-old.sh

This reverts commit 09b17c00.

Conflicts:
	libvlc/build.gradle

- Release buildType doesn't build jni anymore
- Debug variant for x86

Use only one digit for major version, so we have more space (max is 2e9)

versionCode scheme is T MM NN RR AA
T: Target/Flavour (0 for Android, 1 for ATV, 2 for Chrome?)
MM: Major version from 00 to 99
NN: Minor version from 00 to 99
RR: Micro/Revision version from 00 to 99
AA: ABI from 0 to 99

android_native_buffer.h is not present in the android-headers folders
for 18 19 and 21

 --help
 --release
 -a ARCH

So there is no need to clean between 2 archs
