This avoid to reset the progress bar to 0 when stopping.

This reverts commit bcc71ef1.

It's better to remove event handler and clear events.

 - Add stopPlayback that stop everything started in startPlayback.
 - VLC events are now initialized in startPlayback.
 - stopPlayback will stop and flush all VLC events and will also stop audio
   focus.
 - save playback state:  startPlayback/stopPlayback can't be called more than
   one time.

It won't do anything if stopped or started a second time

Fixes playback from AudioAlbumsSongsFragment

Indeed FADE_OUT_MSG was processed when the activity was destroyed.

Fixes #14177
