The previous behaviour assumed that any string would be "1" without checking for zero, leading to deceptive behaviour.

This will support more ABIs, but requires a change in your compile flags

The configure.sh flags first got messed up in 68080f2bef01181e305ddc170af701c117022a55. This led to VFP instructions being used on non-NEON devices, which led to many painful days of the following nonsense:

We should find something a bit less big than libxml

This solves quite a few issues on my Nexus One, notably inside MKVs

TODO: --enable-thumb for ffmpeg

Move enabling of audiotrack where required

- disable taglib (crash when adding audio files)

No need for -Wl,-shared or -rpath-link
No need for -lc -lgcc -ld, especially when using -nostdlib
Use --sysroot to point compiler to android headers/libs
Rename some shell variables
Move enabled modules at the top of the options
No need to set PATH, we give the absolute path for compiler

This commit merges the vout module made by Ming Hu in his github project
and removes the current vmem/opengl code.

This new vout is much faster than the previous: It is able to draw and
scale a 720p-h264 video with only few frame drops on a Nexus One.
The counterpart is that it uses some non-public and non-documented APIs.

Tested on a Nexus One running Android 2.3.4 and a Xoom tablet running
Android 3.0 (Honeycomb).
