ANDROID_ABI can now contains more than one ABI.

For example:
ANDROID_ABI="armeabi-v7a x86" ./compile.sh
will build an apk containing armeabi-v7a and x86 libs.

Don't hardcode android api to android-9 anymore, use ANDROID_API export.

In case of 64bits build: set ANDROID_API to android-L and GCCVER to 4.9.
